Weight Watchers is an international group that supports and encourages participants to reach and maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle.  Members are encouraged to attend weekly meetings and get positive support from certified staff and other WW members.  Weekly weigh in is at 5:00 on Tuesdays with the meeting to follow at 5:30 at Sonrise Church.  There are a number of payment options starting at $9.22 per week.  More information is available at Weight Watchers.
