The Prayer Chain is designed for people who are in immediate need of prayer, either for themselves or for others.  Once prayer is asked for, the first person prays about the request and then calls the next person on the chain list.  Then they pray and then pass it along to the next, all the way down the chain.  All requests are considered confidential and will not be repreated outside of the chain. 

New prayer chain members and prayer requests are always welcome.
