When I First Arrive?
You’ll find plenty of parking and only one front door.   For your convenience, we have 4 parking spaces reserved for you near the front door.  After you walk through the front door, stop by our guest table and pick up “a red bag” that has information about SonRise.

What is your service like?

Our worship services are filled with joyous singing that blends contemporary Christian music and traditional hymns. We love to sing like Methodists do!  The preaching style is conversational, biblically based and focuses on applying God’s word to your life.   Pastor Dave preaches without notes so that he can interact with the congregation.  Throughout the year, we have special services like Native American Sunday, Children’s Led Worship, and all-music Sundays.   Our services last approximately an hour.

We have an ASL interpreter during our second worship service to include the deaf/hard of hearing community.

How should I dress?

We care about YOU, not how you dress.  You’ll find a variety of styles represented at SonRise.  Dress comfortably in a manner that honors God – that’s good enough for us.

What do my kids do during worship?
We have nursery at each service for preschool and under. You’ll need to check your children into and out of the nursery for their safety. Most families worship together at the start of the service and we have a children’s moment as part of worship. Then the children are dismissed to attend Children’s Worship during the first service or Sunday school during the second service.

What happens between services?
We offer a fellowship time with coffee and refreshments. We have two adult small groups from 10:00-10:40am for discipleship and study.
